Description

Ice Bolt is the weakest Cold spell the Sorceress has to use. Just like many other Cold Spells, it can slow the target if it hits, but it has a very low maximum and minimum damage rate.

Tips

This skill is not a good idea for a main attack or secondary attack unless you're very low on mana or it's the only spell you have. Using this spell at all is not recommended. However, if you are going to use other skills later in the tree that have this listed as a synergy, maxing this skill out later just for the additional damage on your primary/secondary skills is highly recommended.

Lore

One of the first spells a novice of the frigid elements learns is the power to summon ice crystals of pure freezing energy. When hurled at her enemies, these bolts subject their targets to a freezing pain and impaired movement.
