Hero of Caldeum is a Challenges Achievement for evacuating 20 out of the 21 Caldeum refugees to the Sewers of Caldeum in one game. This achievement occurs during the Scouring of Caldeum.
For the achievement to work, only 20 refugees need to be evacuated. If all 21 refugees are evacuated, the quest ends and the achievement is not completed. The final refugee can be still be rescued after the achievement.
