Gharbad the Weak' is a Flesh Clan unique present on the last level of the Cathedral and is part of the quest with the same name, Gharbad the Weak. Initially friendly to the player, he will beg not to be killed, offering to create a powerful weapon for the player in return. Returning once will produce a magical item for the player, returning twice an assurance that he is soon done.
Returning to him a final time will cause him to attack the player with his newly created weapon, which is a magical club which he'll drop upon his death.
