The Frigid Highlands are adjacent to the Bloody Foothills. They contain the first waypoint of Act V, which is always located right at the entrance to the area. Three barbarian prison camps are spread out at random in the area (though they are typically found within the walled sections) and must be destroyed in order to complete Rescue on Mount Arreat.
