The Bloody Foothills is the first area outside of Harrogath and the immediate staging ground for the siege against the fortress. A peculiar thing about this area is that no champion or unique monsters can spawn here on normal difficulty, and had it not been for a bug in the programming, no such mosnter would have appeared here on Nightmare and Hell either.
